The basic idea is to help you identify the diet protocol that keeps you driven to succeed.
Anyone who claims their diet is best is stating a personal preference… or misleading you (intentionally or through ignorance). We may all be similar biologically but our mental capacity and capabilities are very different. What I respond to is very different than what you respond to.
