Welcome to Revolt Workout!

Revolt Workout is where I share my information on training, nutrition and overalll mindset from the experiences I have gathered through over a decade of training (and continue to explore daily).


I believe, in the fitness industry, you shouldn’t put too much faith in any one source whether that be a “guru” or science or anecdotal evidence… they should all be a part of how you get to where you want to go.  No one has all the answers, and anyone who says they do is thoroughly full of shit!  We learn more about the human body every day, so what we know as fact today can be proven wrong tomorrow.


I’m not saying you should trust me blindly, because I am certainly not always right… and for some strategies and protocols I don’t know why they work, just that they do for the clients I’ve worked with.  But you can trust in this; I will always be honest about this…. If I don’t know the answer I will tell you.  That’s gotta count for something right?
