I’ve been looking for the best protein pancakes… the recipe below is what I came up with. I want to say this is “my recipe” because this was a combination I came up with after reviewing many recipes. But I’m not so delusional that I think I’m the first person to ever put these ingredients together. Either way I think these are the best protein pancakes recipe out there!
- 1 scoop protein powder (I like ON cake donut but experiment)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon self rising flour
- 1 banana
- (almond milk if batter is too thick, i haven’t needed though)
Mix it all together and cook it like any other pancake. Top with sugar free syrup. And enjoy the best protein pancakes around!
